Terms of Use
Last updated 5 June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qriton website at qriton.com and any related pages, content, and services we make available (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Qriton ("Qriton", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in the European Union. You can reach us at hello@qriton.com.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- introduce malware, attempt to probe or disrupt the Site, or interfere with other users' access;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site except as expressly permitted; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission or communication.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Qriton name and marks, diagrams, and software — are owned by Qriton or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except where open-source licences explicitly apply (for example, code published under their own stated licence terms), you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
4. Submissions
When you submit information through the Site — for example a contact request, a meeting request, a resource download, a job application, or a newsletter sign-up — you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control (for example documentation, code repositories, or social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qriton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Qriton is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
