• Newsletter — when you subscribe: your email address, confirmation status, and subscription timestamps.
• Resource downloads / lead capture — details you provide to access gated resources.
• Technical data — server logs that may include IP address, browser/user-agent, and timestamps, generated automatically for security and operation of the Site.
• First-party usage analytics — page visits, referral and campaign category, device class, browser and operating-system category, screen-size class, language and time zone, broad country/region/city, navigation sequence, section visibility and dwell, scroll completion and direction changes, calls-to-action, modal or expandable-area interactions, and coarse aggregated click positions. We use these signals to infer anonymous interest and intent segments such as research, careers, governance, or commercial evaluation. We do not record typed text, form values, screenshots, session replays, exact pointer trails, device fingerprints, exact coordinates, or raw IP addresses in analytics.

Enquiry and application data are retained for the period needed to handle your request and any follow-up; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes. First-party analytics retain daily aggregates for up to 120 days and a limited rolling set of anonymous sessions.
